  • Additional Student Groups for Participation: Non-Special Ed (6), Non-Econ Disadv (N), Non-At-Risk (7), Non-ELL (8), Migrant (G), Non-Migrant (9), 1st Year Monitored ELL (O), 2nd Year Monitored ELL (P), CTE (V), Non-CTE (D), CTE Elective (1)
     

Download Format:

Comma Delimited (.dat) – This is the only format available. Download files must be saved instead of opened to work properly. The download file can exceed 256 columns (which is the limit for Excel versions earlier than 2007). Save the download file as follows:

The saved file is a comma delimited format which can be opened by various data processing programs.

Data Elements:

The data download provides rates only at the campus, district, region or state level in a comma-delimited format. This download does not include the Excel format.

ID number for Campus, District or Region:

All campus, district and region downloads have as the first column the ID number. This number must be treated as text because some applications will delete leading zeroes.
