2010 Accountability System
Alternative Education Accountability Ratings
The following alphabetical list shows the rating for each charter operator and alternative education campus (AEC) rated under the alternative education accountability (AEA) procedures. Along with the district's or school's name, ID number, grade span, and accountability rating, the list also shows whether the district or campus qualified for a Gold Performance Acknowledgment (GPA) for Advanced Course Completion, AP/IB Results, Attendance Rate, College-Ready Graduates, Commended on Reading/ELA, Commended on Mathematics, Commended on Writing, Commended on Science, Commended on Social Studies, Recommended High School Program, SAT/ACT Results, TSI for ELA or TSI for Mathematics.
The symbols under GPA signify the following:
- "++" the campus or district is acknowledged for GPA;
- "NQ" the campus or district were evaluated but did
not qualify for GPA; and
- a blank means that they were not evaluated for the acknowledgment.
For a complete explanation of the 2010 AEA procedures, see Part 2 of the 2010
Accountability Manual.
Beginning this year, the comments
have been expanded to indicate where TPM (Texas Projection Measure) was used in determining the rating shown, either AEA: AA-No TPM or AEA: AA-WITH TPM. In cases where there is no comment, the rating is either Academically Unacceptable, Not Rated, or changed due to an appeal.
