1. How can I print a copy of an AYP report from the internet?

The AYP reports are available as Portable Document Formats (PDFs). PDF files can be easily stored on a disk and printed. For additional help with opening and printing PDF files, refer to our Technical Help Page.

2. How do I download the AYP data and place it into a spreadsheet to create my own reports?

You may download the entire AYP data set or selected data in ASCII format (delimited). Go to the Download Data Files page. Some of the data sets can be extensive and require the use of data-management software such as Access, Excel, FoxPro, SPSS, SAS, or other programming languages.

3. I just tried to download a report and received an "ERROR" or "TIMEOUT" message. What do I do now?

Occasionally, our server experiences problems or may be briefly unavailable due to upgrades. Try to download your report later. This problem will also occur if you try downloading a report when our website is receiving an extremely large number of data requests. During high volume web data requests, such as for accountability ratings release, our website may receive more than a hundred thousand requests per day, so please try again later, if necessary.
