Download Format:
Comma-Delimited (.csv) - This is the only format available. The csv download opens in Excel. The number of data elements can exceed 2000 columns.
Data Elements:
The advanced data download option provides numerators, denominators, and rates at the campus, district, region or state level in a comma-delimited format. The number of data elements can exceed 2000 columns. This advanced download does not include the Excel format.
ID number for Campus, District or Region:
All campus, district and region downloads have as the first column the ID number. This number must be treated as text because some applications will delete leading zeroes.
