From this website there are two download procedures to choose from:

The AEIS Data in Excel option allows flexibility in how much is downloaded—whether at the campus, district, region, or state level. The selected campus and district data may also be downloaded in comma- or tab-delimited ASCII format.

The AEIS Data in ASCII provides ALL the AEIS data at the campus, district, region or state level in a comma-delimited format. This option does not include the Excel format.
