RDA - Downloadable Data

Downloadable data files are intended for use by technical users and have been masked in order to comply with the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). These files provide the data values reported on the RDA district reports for each monitoring year.

Data dictionaries provide an alphabetic list of Results Driven Accountability System variable names, labels, and attributes available each year. Please refer to this tool as you download data.

For an explanation of how data is masked, please reference the RDA District Report Masking Rules.

For specific explanations regarding the determination of performance levels, please refer to the appropriate 2023 Accountability Manual RDA Chapter 12.

When entering the district name, do not include the type of district (ISD, CISD). For example, enter Nacogdoches, not Nacogdoches ISD. Do not use commas, apostrophes, periods or other symbols when entering text, as this may result in an error.

Due to the large amount of data, it is not possible to download all districts in a single Excel file. If you would like all district data, please use one of the other formats which can later be imported into Excel.
